The BCRP Components
The BCRP process consists of:
Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3) - A desktop assessment of the project drawings, the Contract with the Owner, verification of Contract Sum and project costing and the determination of the number of inspections required in Step 4 of the BCRP process.
Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3) will be conducted when all requirements are received and will be concluded in the next business day.
Any document shortcomings will be highlighted, discussed with you and resolved.
The BCRP123 Confirmation will be issued to you with a copy to the Broker when BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3 are satisfactorily concluded.
This will enable the Broker to review your Application for a Home Warranty for the project and issue the Home Warranty Certificate.
Stage 2 (BCRP Step 4)
<number> on-site inspections and <number> remote inspections will be conducted while the work in the project progresses. The outcomes of each inspections will be included in a BCRP 4 Report.
Stage 3 (BCRP Ste 5)
The Final BCRP Report will be issued when the project is completed, evidenced by the Occupation Certificate issued by the project's Certifier (PCA).
For projects that do not require a Certifier, the project's conclusion will be evidenced by a Completion Certificate issued by the Owner.
Quotation NMM quotes a sum of <sum> including GST for the BCRP Service for BCRP Steps 1-5 including travel and incidental costs.
A formal Quotation showing the breakdown is attached.
The Fee is fixed; if iCARE requests additional Inspections, NMM will absorb the additional costs.
If you are happy with the Quotation, please let us know.
When the Quotation is accepted, NMM will issue a Builder's Agreement identifying the terms and conditions of the BCRP Service and a list of documents required to undertake Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3).

Your Broker can proceed with processing the application for HBCF cover.
The BCRP Component 4 requires <number> inspections as follows:
Review No 01 - due approximately in <date>; ONSITE REMOTE when the floor is complete and frames / walls are in progress
Review No 02 - due approximately in <date>; ONSITE REMOTE when the superstructure is complete and finishes are in progress.

Contract Sum
The Building Plans provided were assessed through software and costed on rates and prices in the 'Corelogic' database for NSW. A location adjustment of 1.8% and a Builder's Overheads and profits of 8% were applied. The Contract Sum of <contract sum> including GST for the project at <address> is determined as satisfactory.
Contract with the Owner
The Contract with the Owner is largely satisfactory.
