Thank you for inviting NMM Professional Services for BCRP Services for the project at <address> through the iCARE Builder's Self Service Portal.
NMM Professional Services have responded to your invitation in the Portal.
The BCRP Components
The BCRP process consists of:
Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3) - A desktop assessment of the project drawings, the Contract with the Owner, verification of Contract Sum and project costing and the determination of the number of inspections required in Step 4 of the BCRP process.
Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3) will be conducted when all requirements are received and will be concluded in the next business day.
Any document shortcomings will be highlighted, discussed with you and resolved.
The BCRP123 Confirmation will be issued to you with a copy to the Broker when BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3 are satisfactorily concluded.
This will enable the Broker to review your Application for a Home Warranty for the project and issue the Home Warranty Certificate.
Stage 2 (BCRP Step 4)
<number> on-site inspections and <number> remote inspections will be conducted while the work in the project progresses. The outcomes of each inspections will be included in a BCRP 4 Report.
Stage 3 (BCRP Ste 5)
The Final BCRP Report will be issued when the project is completed, evidenced by the Occupation Certificate issued by the project's Certifier (PCA).
For projects that do not require a Certifier, the project's conclusion will be evidenced by a Completion Certificate issued by the Owner.
Quotation NMM quotes a sum of <sum> including GST for the BCRP Service for BCRP Steps 1-5 including travel and incidental costs.
A formal Quotation showing the breakdown is attached.
The Fee is fixed; if iCARE requests additional Inspections, NMM will absorb the additional costs.
If you are happy with the Quotation and the Builder's Agreement, please sign and return the attached Builder's Agreement that was generated in iCARE's BCRP Service Provider Portal.
When the Quotation is accepted, NMM will issue a Builder's Agreement identifying the terms and conditions of the BCRP Service and a list of documents required to undertake Stage 1 (BCRP Steps 1, 2 & 3).

If you agree with the quoted fees and other details in the BCRP Builder's Agreement, please accept its terms by signing it, either by signing a printed hardcopy or electronically by attaching your digital signature, then forwarding a copy of the signed BCRP Builder's Agreement by email to bcrp@n-mm.com.au.

Simple Completion
"On the <date>, <Owner name> of <Owner Address> (OWNER) executed a Contract with <Builder Name>, Builder's Licence No: <BL No.> (BUILDER) for building works consisting of ',Scope>' (BUILDING WORK) in the OWNER's Property at <Property Address>.
The BUILDER has completed the entirety of the BUILDING WORK included in the Contract. The elements constructed and/or installed by the BUILDER and associated works delivered by the BUILDER have been jointly inspected by the OWNER and the BUILDER. The OWNER deems the BUILDING WORK as satisfactory and acceptable to the OWNER. The BUILDIG WORK delivered by the BUILDER is deemed defect-free by the OWNER.
The BUILDER has provided the following Certificates of Compliance and Warranties to the OWNER:

The OWNER has no objections to the BUILDER to claim Practical Completion of the BUILDING WORK identified in the executed Contract pursuant to Clause <Clause No> of the Contract.
The BUILDER intends to rely on the Practical Completion as proof of completion of the BUILDING WORK required by the Home Warranty for residential work (iCARE HBCF Policy Number <policy number>) and the BCRP process. The OWNER has no objections to the BUILDER's intended reliance.”

Complex Completion
"On the <date>, <Owner name> of <Owner Address> (OWNER) executed a Contract with <Builder Name>, Builder's Licence No: <BL No.> (BUILDER) for building works consisting of ',Scope>' (BUILDING WORK) in the OWNER's Property at <Property Address>.
The BUILDER has completed the entirety of the BUILDING WORK included in the Contract. The elements constructed and/or installed by the BUILDER and associated works delivered by the BUILDER have been jointly inspected by the OWNER and the BUILDER.
The outcome of the BUILDING WORK delivered by the BUILDER consists of a structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing product with fully functional utilities. The BUILDERS temporary work that assisted the construction have been removed and the areas impacted by the BUILDING WORK have been cleaned and restored to pre-existing conditions.
The OWNER deems the BUILDING WORK as satisfactory and acceptable to the OWNER. The BUILDIG WORK delivered by the BUILDER is deemed defect-free by the OWNER.
The BUILDER has provided the following Certificates of Compliance and Warranties to the OWNER:

The OWNER has no objections to the BUILDER to claim Practical Completion of the BUILDING WORK identified in the executed Contract pursuant to Clause <Clause No> of the Contract.
The OWNER has no objections to the BUILDER using the Practical Completion as proof required by the BCRP related to the Home Warranty for Residential Work (iCARE HBCF Policy Number <policy number>) to indicate project completion.
The OWNER and the BUILDER undertake to provide the Certifier’s OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE to the BCRP Service Provider when it is issued.
